James is a result oriented senior SBC specialist with 15 years’ experience, implementing behavior integrated programming, including designing SBC strategies, demand and use plans and SBCC campaigns. James builds the capacity of government and other partners using hands-on training and mentoring, including for The Manoff Group (now JSI) signature Behavior Profiles framework, to ensure SBC strategies center people and their behaviors in every phase of design and implementation.
