Emelia Ainooson (FHI 360 – Ghana) is a seasoned Communications Specialist with over 10 years of experience spanning industry and international development. She has a robust background in development communications, social marketing, and media and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK). Emelia currently serves as the Media Development and Public-Private Sector Engagement Specialist on USAID/Ghana’s Accelerating Social and Behaviour Change Activity (ASBC), where she implements nationwide media initiatives and supports private-sector collaborations. She previously led communications on the EU-funded Enough! Project in Ghana, Liberia, and Mali and served as an Adjunct Faculty at Ashesi University teaching Design Thinking.
