Emmanuel brings 20 years of expertise in social behavior change, management, research, and health systems in Africa. His career is marked by significant contributions to integrated SBC and health systems programs, alongside initiatives in financial inclusion, livelihoods, and agricultural extension. Emmanuel serves as Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID Social Behavior Change Activity in Uganda with the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. He is a founding member of the African Society for Social and Behavior Change (AS-SBC), where he serves on the interim board and volunteers with the secretariat. Additionally, Emmanuel serves as the secretary of the Global Alliance for SBC.
