In his broad role as Group Head of Strategy at WEKOnnect Group, specifically for SBC Francis has led the evolution of WEKOnnect into a specialized SBC Agency. Leveraging over 12 years of multi-disciplinary experience and a background from renowned research and advertising agencies (Kantar, Scanad, MetropolitanRepublic), he leads strategy development and integration of behavioral sciences and other disciplines for effective SBC solutions. He provides technical oversight and capacity building to strengthen WEKOnnect’s SBC pillars: Social Behavior Change Communication, Human Centered Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning, User Experience Research, SBC Needs Diagnosis, and Solutions Implementation.
