With 8 years of experience designing and implementing communication programs to promote positive health and social behaviors. She has a master’s degree in Communication for Development and a Master’s in Development Studies and is skilled in formative research, strategy development, and impact evaluation. Jessica has worked with international NGOs in the WASH and public health sectors, using mass media, community engagement, and social marketing approaches. Currently, she is the Risk Communication and Community Engagement Program Officer for Breakthrough Action Zambia, leading SBCC initiatives to address priority health and social issues.
