Ebenezer Kye-Mensah (FHI 360 – Ghana) is a seasoned Organization Development (OD) and Public Health Practitioner. He has close to 20 years work experience with 12 years of Senior Management roles in the INGO, public and private sector environments. Eben currently works as Organisation Development and Capacity Building Advisor on the USAID Accelerating Social and Behavior Change Activity. He previously worked as a Senior Institutional and Technical Strengthening Advisor on PEPFAR/USAID flagship HIV projects. He leads the joint Capacity Strengthening and Partnership Engagement team of USAID Accelerating Social and Behavior Change Activity in Ghana. His team leads in implementing Ghana Health Service Health Promotion Divisions first-ever Private Sector Engagement Strategy. His expertise covers  areas such as Strategy Development, Business Process Review, Business Planning, Organization Diagnosis, Curriculum and Manual Development, ICT4D, Local Economic Development, Performance Management and Participatory Action Media.
